How does it work?

The communication & transaction process works well, & is all done on the Fiverr website, once you are logged in.

When a service is purchased, the buyer can easily pay for the service they wanted.
The Seller is then notified of the sale.
After that the seller & buyer can communicate about the details that are needed to complete the service .
The seller & buyer can communicate back & forth about the details of the service both before & after the purchase has been made.

Once the seller has all the information from the buyer that they need to complete the service, they can do what needs done to finish that service, whether that is building a website, writing sales copy, running a solo ad to their mailing list, creating a logo, etc.

After the service is done & the digital product is created, the seller will deliver the finished product to the buyer via the "Orders" area of the Fiverr site.
The buyer can then log in to their account & download their finished product from the "Orders" area of the Fiverr site.

If further communication is needed, the buyer & seller can still communicate about that order as needed .

Summary of process
1. Seller becomes a seller on Fiverr
2. Seller places their ad for service offered in a category & subcategory of their choice
3. Buyer searches the overall Fiverr site for services they want using the search tool, or searches in a category & subcategory to find the seller's service
4. Buyer can read about the service being sold, look at any seller ratings, the cost for the service, the description, etc
5. Buyer can ask questions to the Seller if needed &/or they can purchase & order the service
6. Buyer can easily pay for the service after ordering
7. Buyer & Seller can then communicate as needed to get the service completed
8. Seller completes & finishes the service asked for by the buyer
9. Seller delivers the finished product to the buyer via the "Orders" area of the Fiverr site
10. Buyer can download the finished product from the "Orders" area of the Fiverr site
11. If further communication is needed, the buyer & seller can still communicate about that order as needed via the "Orders" area of the Fiverr site
